Alchemy 7 Consultants are first and foremost doers. From the first moment that we step foot in a business we are looking to apply our proven business growth techniques and generate immediate sales growth and profit for your business.

This is not entirely for your benefit as a significant part of our fees is generated as a percentage of the additional sales that we generate for your business (in the case of Business Growth Projects). This sets us apart from many consultants and advisers who are happy to take a sometimes hefty fee and leave you to do all of the work. There is never an issue of a "meter running" as we do not charge on a time basis.

Even for our Strategic Research Projects we have aimed to “productise” our services into specific Audits so that you know exactly what you will get and what the service will cost. In some cases we are even willing to undertake research work partially on a success fee basis.

We have more of a partnership approach with our clients and work with you to identify and implement short, medium, and long term growth initiatives for your business. By systemising much of what we do we are also safeguarding the continued sales and marketing excellence of your business into the future.

Just as we would advise you to be discerning in your choice of consultant we will only work with business owners who are serious about growing their business as our financial rewards are interdependent, particularly for Business Growth Projects.
