Systemise to Success
We work with business owners to deploy simple systems and procedures so that the business can run on "auto pilot" and free them up to work on the business rather than in the business (or take that well deserved holiday with the mobile phone switched firmly off...).
A very tangible benefit of systemisation is that it adds value to a business by making it more investor ready. A potential purchaser is likely to be looking to buy a business with effective systems and processes rather than "buying a job". A systemised business should run like a well oiled machine with resources going in at one end and profits pouring out of the other. Does your business run like this?
This is pretty much what McDonalds have achieved. Let's face it, few would argue that they have the best burgers in the world, but they have the most successful burger business. McDonalds management claim that they can take pretty much anybody off the street and train them to prepare, cook, and serve a meal within 40 minutes.
