Business Partnering Service

Alchemy 7 also offers a Business Partnering service to help clients grow through partnering or joint venturing.

If you are operating primarily within your own “industry silo” and would like to explore the growth opportunities available by working with likeminded businesses from other industries then this could be the service for you.

As a simple example your products or services could be of interest to non competing company B's customer base and vice versa - this presents an opportunity for some mutual promotion and growth.

Clearly some vetting is required to ensure that your partner has the same customer service ethics, etc, but this is all part of our service which includes;

• developing a partnering or joint venture strategy
• identifying potential partners
• putting in place partnering agreements
• developing and managing joint marketing campaigns
