Reseller/Agency Business
Our reseller and agency business deals primarily with international companies wishing to enter the UK market with innovative products and services that are not currently available in the market, i.e. not "me too" products. We are currently working with two companies that have exciting new products that have the potential to make a major impact in their respective industries. They are;
HappyOrNot Limited - an award winning Finnish company supplying a unique customer feedback system
RSI Video Technologies SA - a French company that has developed a revolutionary wireless video alarm system
Business Growth Consultancy
Everything we do within our consultancy business is geared towards building your sales and profits, whether we undertake a business audit project or get hands on and work with you to identify and implement specific business growth strategies. This growth mindset ensures that we are always looking to take maximum advantage of business strengths and also turn negatives into positives wherever possible.
We work with companies of all sizes and can tailor projects to meet your specific requirements. If you are a start up or small business we also have a dedicated development programme called Nova which embeds proven sales & marketing strategies and systems within your business, and provides a platform for future business success.
Our services fall into 3 broad categories;
There is some overlap in what we do so, for example, we may complete a Business Growth Audit for you and then be asked to project manage its implementation. Our philosophy is different to many consultancy practices and, where we are actively involved in the implementation of projects, we are willing to “put our money where our mouth is” and take the majority of our fees as a percentage of the actual sales growth achieved with you.
